LEAF
In 2011, before Tesla and Elon Musk, Nissan launched the LEAF, the first mass-produced electric car. However, the brand was struggling to reach a wider audience. People were still apprehensive of this unknown electric car, “What? No gas?”. So, we had the already exciting LEAF drivers tell the world what a unique experience it is to drive a fast, eco-friendly LEAF. We used real testimonials to make their experience more vivid and visual. We created a print campaign for over 40 international airports that was also the very first social campaign and global hashtag for Nissan.
